Why He’s One of Dallas’ Most Eligible Men: Chad’s enthusiastic about his life and all of the pieces in it. His proudest accomplishment is his 7-year-old son, whom he calls “the coolest kid on the planet.” He also loves his job as a real estate agent, helping people to make one of the biggest investments of their lives. The flexible schedule doesn’t hurt either. It leaves him with plenty of time to indulge in his favorite pastimes. The man might be considered “metro” by pals, but his hobbies are rugged. In addition to playing league soccer (he recently broke three ribs), Chad rides motocross and “tinkers” with cars. In his lower-key downtime, he spends time with family and friends, enjoys weekend patio hopping, squeezes in as many concerts as he can, and is a self-proclaimed movie junkie (Braveheart is his favorite). Chad appreciates spontaneity and has a sense of humor, so he’s looking for that in a partner, but he also requires faith, a love of music, a giving heart, a sense of creativity, ambition, and loyalty (or, in his words, a “ride or die” attitude) to get through life’s ups and downs.
