Sip Stir Cafe
Located in Uptown near West Village. Sip Stir Cafe has a more open and bright feel to it, in contrast to the near-by Starbucks. According to Teresa Gubbins of CultureMap, Sip Stir "has an artillery of fancy brewing devices, including a La Marzocco espresso machine, two Kyoto-style iced-coffee drip machines, and a Siphon vacuum-style coffee maker."
Houndstooth Coffee
One of my personal favorites is the highly lauded Houndstooth Coffee from Austin. Located on Henderson Avenue where the Peal Cup once thrived. The atmosphere is eclectic and soothing.
The Green Grocer is in walking distance from the CLAY STAPP+CO office on Greenville. I have not visited but it is where I know I can find CSCO agents Chelsea and Kyle enjoying cozy and satisfying bulletproof coffee!
