Elaine: Marketing!!! I've had a successful run in the marketing world and really love connecting a product or brand to an audience. I consider my own real estate brand one of the best in Dallas as my marketing is well thought out and innovative. From the featured "Dallas Listing of the Day" on my blog to the social media impression that I've designed to attract my ideal clients, I kind of get to be in the best of both worlds as a Realtor.

CS: What is your favorite neighborhood in DFW and why? Northern Hills, hands down! Location, Location, Location. It's not Highland Park, it's not in the busy streets of Uptown or West Village, but it's walkable to Knox and the Katy Trail and is nestled in a conservation district that has an interesting history, developed by the McNeny Bros (yes, the same "M Streets" McNeny brothers).

CS:What do you enjoy most about your experience as an agent at CSCO? I love working under the umbrella of CSCO because of the insane marketing that is totally inline with my own personal branding. This allows me extra time to procure more prospects and spend time nurturing current clients. Perfect fit :)

CS: What is something MOST people do not know about you? I'm hideously afraid of dogs. All shapes. All sizes. I'd rather be in a room full of snakes than have to show a home with a loose dog.

CS: A friend or family member is visiting you in Dallas for the first time. How would you describe to them what to expect? Expect fast and furious, lights and music, flashy and fun - and come hungry, because we're going to eat, a lot!

CS: One word that describes SUMMER in DALLAS? Intoxicating!
